Generate an on-brand carousel, schedule it to TikTok and Instagram, and call every Mostly tool from the command line or the coding agent you already use.

Any agent with a terminal can drive Mostly. No plugin to install: add one line to your agent instructions and it reads --help like you would.
“Make a 6-slide carousel on our oat latte and schedule it to TikTok for Friday 9am.”
“We just shipped dark mode. Turn the changelog into a LinkedIn carousel draft.”
“Retry every post that failed this week and tell me what went wrong.”
Every command takes --json, prints progress to stderr and exits non-zero on failure, so it pipes into jq and scripts as easily as it reads in a terminal.
mostly slides generate --prompt "…" --waitPlans the story, writes the headlines and renders every slide with your brand kit. Prints the image URLs when it's done.
mostly posts create --deck <id> --platform tiktok, instagramSaves a carousel post to every connected account as a draft. Nothing goes out until you publish it.
mostly posts publish <id> --at "+1d"ISO, local wall time or +2h. Asks you to confirm in a terminal; agents need --yes after you approve.
mostly posts list --status failedScheduled, published and failed posts with per-platform links. Retry or cancel in one command.
mostly storyboard render <id> --max-credits 150Scene-by-scene video that never spends past your limit. Without one it prints the price and stops.
mostly call <tool> --args '{…}'Research, brand memory, products, generations: anything the MCP server exposes, as JSON in and out.
All three call the same services as the Mostly app. A deck you generate from the terminal shows up in your library, uses your brand kit and spends the same credits. Pick whichever fits the job.
Grab an API key in Settings, run one command and your next carousel is a sentence away.
